Our Services

We run three in-house print services — DTF sheet printing, screen printing, and embroidery. Each one is the right call for a different kind of job. Here's what sets them apart and who they're built for.

DTF Sheet Printing — Ready-to-Press Transfers for Any Garment

DTF sheet printing lets us produce full-color, ready-to-press transfers on gang sheets — meaning multiple designs on a single sheet, maximizing output for every order. Prints go onto film first, then heat-pressed onto the garment — so there are no color limits, no fabric restrictions, and no screen setup required. Ideal for businesses that need variety across a run, resellers who press their own garments, and anyone working with mixed fabric types that other methods can't touch.

Screen Printing — High-Volume Output at the Lowest Cost Per Piece

When you need a large quantity of the same design, screen printing is the most cost-efficient method available. Ink is pushed through a mesh screen directly into the fabric — not on top of it — which means prints are bold, wash-resistant, and built to outlast the garment. The economics work in your favor at scale: setup cost is fixed, so the more pieces you run, the less you pay per unit. It's the production standard for uniforms, promotional runs, and event apparel across Jacksonville and the surrounding area.

Embroidery — Thread Stitched In

Embroidery is in a different category from printing entirely. Your logo or design is stitched directly into the fabric using thread — producing a raised, textured finish that holds its shape and color for the life of the garment. No fading, no cracking, no peeling. It's the finish of choice for industries where presentation matters: hospitality, healthcare, corporate environments, and any organization that needs staff to look sharp and consistent day in, day out. We handle artwork digitizing in-house — send us your file and we'll prepare it for stitching at no extra charge.
